We booked a holiday to Crete for May this year and because of the Covid19 Pandemic it was cancelled . Nic from Bideford Travel kept us informed and gave us our options. We opted for a full refund for family reasons. The refund was back in our account within days . The service has been excellent, Bideford Travel helped us
